When not working on commercials, John has shot over ten feature films that have found their way to festivals in Berlin, Cannes, Toronto and Montreal featuring an eclectic array of actors and stars, including Kim Cattrall, Sean Young and Eric McCormack and Bif Naked.

John's work has been recognized with a Cannes Lion Film Bronze, One Show Pencils, Clios, New York Festival Awards
and numerous Bessies including two craft awards for best cinematography. His diverse cinematic talents have
resulted in spots for Volkswagen, Dentyne Ice, Smirnoff, Coke, Pepsi, General Motors, HBO, Verizon, Blue Cross and Ikea.
