With more than a decade of working as a producer prior to founding the company, Dora's experience provides her with unique insights into the needs and challenges of film and television production. In 1999, Michael Pepper joined Sesler & Company and now heads up the growing Los Angeles office. Michael works with our existing US client base as well as establishing new opportunities for our Roster.
